Applications

SHIFT is designed to remove lime build up, uric acid encrustation and soils from all washable surfaces. It may be used to great advantage when cleaning shower recesses, bathrooms, toilets, urinals, swimming pools, stainless steel fittings, equipment and tiles. In addition, it can be used to remove scale and mineral deposits from urns, laundry equipment, laboratory equipment, glassware and dishwashers.

 

Use Directions

 

Urinal cleaning

For initial cleaning of most surfaces in toilet and urinal areas, use SHIFT at full strength directly from

container. Allow a few moments contact, agitate with a stiff broom and rinse off.

 

Descaler

Shift is used at 20% by volume (1 litre Shift to 4 litres of water) at temperatures up to 60oC, to an

overnight soak in cold solutions. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

 

Small areas (sanitary ware, chrome etc)

Dilute one part of Shift with 10 parts of water. Spray mixture directly onto surface, rub with cloth, and allow a few moments contact and rinse with fresh water.

 

Large areas

dilute one part of Shift with 5 to 50 parts of water. Spray onto surface or applying using mop or stiff

broom. Rinse with fresh water.
