Description

FLOOR SEALER PLUS creates a new standard of performance for water emulsion floor finishes. It combines  the toughness of permanent type finishes with the ease of application and removability of water emulsion finishes. Gloss and durability are unequalled and the expense of buying and applying a sealer is eliminated thus reducing labour costs. One coat covers like two coats of ordinary finish and the ease of application is amazing for this ultra-high solids emulsion. The tough film resists scuffs marks and can be used without buffing, yet shows an immediate response when enhanced by buffing, spray buffing or high speed burnishing.

• Works on most hard floor surfaces including: terrazzo, marble, vinyl, timber, concrete, slate,terracotta, asphalt tile, rubber, etc. Not recommended for outdoor use. Designed for high traffic areas.

Directions

Initial Application

Removal of the old finish (with MULTISTRIP) is desirable but not mandatory if the present floor coating is

a hard metal interlock finish in good repair. Clean, scrub, or strip floor and rinse thoroughly with clean

water and allow to dry. Apply one to three coats depending on porosity of the floor. Allow 20 to 30

minutes drying time between coats. Buffing at this point is not necessary to remove the gloss.

 

Future Maintenance

Periodic buffing, spray buffing or high speed burnishing may be used to repair and restore the gloss after

the floor has been exposed to foot traffic.
