Heavy duty floor stripper

 

Applications

Multi-Strip is an ammonia-free, caustic-free, low odour, heavy duty floor stripper designed to quickly remove heavily burnished or high build-up of metallised cross linked floor sealers. Multi-Strip is safe to use on vinyl, terrazzo, slate and marble floors. Multi-Strip must NOT be used on sealed timber floors as it may discolour the timber.

 

Use Directions

Add Multi-Strip to lukewarm or cold water as follows

 

Build-up Multi-Strip Water

Light Build-up 1 litre 6 litres

Medium Build-up 1 litre 4 litres

Heavy Build-up 1 litre 2 litres

 

Stripping Procedure

1. Placard the area – slip hazard. Do not strip too large an area at a time, ten (10) square metres of flooring is sufficient.
2. Dilute Multi-Strip with water as directed above depending on build up.
3. Apply the Multi-Strip solution liberally to the floor.
4. Allow 3 to 5 minutes to penetrate
5. Scrub with slow speed polisher fitted with basin brush or black pad.
6. Do not splash Multi-Strip solution near walls, fittings or furniture. Strip these areas by hand with nylon pad.
7. Pick up with wet/dry vacuum. If this is not available, use mop and bucket technique.
8. Rinse the area using double bucket technique; one for clean water and the other for slurry off the floor.
9. Allow to dry – a visual inspection should reveal a uniform floor.
10. When dry – dry burnish.
11. Dust mop before re-sealing.

 

Caution

Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
