Use Directions

Transport Industry

Exterior washing of petroleum tank trucks: Use at 1 volume to 10 volumes of water. In-situ degreasing of vehicle engines: Use at 1 volume to 2 volumes of water.

Cold soak tank decarbonising and cleaning of engine blocks, use as received. May be agitated and heated to 50°C.

Floor Cleaner: Mix with up to 6 volumes of water depending on quantity of soil.

 

Power Stations

Exterior cleaning and degreasing of furnace and boiler room equipment with up to 2 volumes of water. Removing oil, bunker oil and grease spills from boiler room floors, walls and equipment:

Use with up to 3 volumes of water.

Cold soak degreasing of equipment: Use with up to 4 volumes of distillate.

Pre-cleaning of oil coolers by recirculation techniques: with 4 volumes of distillate at temperatures up to 55°C.

Excellent steam cleaning additive.

Marine Industry

Bilge cleaning: Use with up to 20 volumes of water.

General all-purpose degreaser: Use with up to 3 volumes of water.

For removing fuel oil spills etc. from decks, hulls, bulk-heads: Use at up to 4 volumes of water. JV-1 is also an excellent steam cleaning additive
